Enhanced the file upload/file listing under users interface

Made several improvements to the IMCE tool, which provides the user interface for uploading images and files to the Drupal server. This appears in two places in the interface, under the picture icon in Text editing areas, and under a User's home screen in the File Browser tab:

• Installed IMCE Directory Manager - Controls directory access by user account. I set it up so that all logged in users (currently anyone with a login acct) can access all of the upload directories. 
• Installed IMCE File Path - When a file is chosen in the browser, user can now see the file path below the file listing window. Can be used to link to files on the server (so links can be emailed, for instance).
• Installed IMCE MkDir - Adds a 'Create Directory' button to the upload/image selection interface.
• Installed IMCE Search - Adds a search button to the upload/Image selection interface

Note: I'm testing out several other IMCE modules on my own website. If they turn out to be stable and don't cause other problems, I'll add them to RHZ. These include: File image rotate, File and directory rename, and the big one, multi-file upload.

One other change I made today:

• I forgot to enter a change log entry for the January 29 updates to the site, so I created a change log entry for that, as well as this one for the edits made today.
